Changes to Online Services – Dec 2017

Dear Patients,

Please note that we are improving our patient software and online services.

You may recall that, as a result of patient feedback, we made changes to enable improved access and choices within our Croydon GP Practices, and this included giving you the choice to access either of our GP Practice sites in Croydon.

Further to this work, our clinical systems are now merging to improve our operations. We want to reassure you that there will be no changes to the way in which we deliver care to you, this is simply to improve our operations.

If you are registered for Online Patient Services (Patient Access) please note that the current service will be offline from Thursday 7 December to Friday 8 December 2017, usual service will resume on Saturday 9 December 2017.

Please note: Valley Park Patients

If you are a patient registered initially at Valley Park Surgery and you access Online Patient Services, we will need to re-register you for online patient services under the new system. We will be proactively reaching out to you to do this, if you have any issues please contact us on Thank you for your patience whilst the change is in progress.
